The Monaco Grand Prix took place on 23 May 2021 at the Circuit de Monaco and covered a distance of 78 laps of 3.337 km each, for a total distance of 260.286 km.
The McLaren F1 Team competed in the fifth race of the season with the Mercedes-engined MCL35M race car and its drivers Daniel Ricciardo in car number 3 and Lando Norris in car number 4. Norris scored a standout success, taking his first podium finish with a third-place finish.
